Dear Volunteers,

Every time you sign up and volunteer for an an entire Ecstatic Dance event (9:15-12:45ish), you get to attend that dance for free (between volunteer duties), and you earn a 1:1 volunteer comp ticket for a future dance!

With our new online ticketing system, each guest will need to check in with a scannable e-ticket (whether you’re a paying adult, a child, or a volunteer using a comp ticket).

Use this checkout form to cash in and receive your comp ticket before you arrive at the check-in table. You will be asked to notate which dance you volunteered at and which dance you’ll be using your comp ticket for, so you’ll still need to keep track of your dates on your own. If you are bringing your child(ren) grab their tickets here too!

Comp tickets may be used for regular Sunday dances only.
